The mission of Restoration 8 is to walk alongside women as they restore confidence, rebuild strength, and renew their lives- body-mind- and spirit- through faith - anchored coaching, compassionate support, and intentional growth.

Our Story

How Restoration 8 Took Shape

Restoration 8 was not created in a season of ease — it was formed through years of rebuilding, prayer, and learning how to trust God with each next step.

Over the last five years, my life was shaped by divorce after a 20-year marriage, single motherhood, financial hardship, health battles, and profound loss. In 2021, I became a single mother raising four children alone. In 2022, I became pregnant at 42 by someone who chose not to remain present — leaving me to raise my children without a father in the home. That season brought deep isolation, judgment, and tension, even within my own household.

That same year, my daughter Millie, just 12 years old, was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. Our lives became marked by hospital stays, monthly infusions, transfusions, and long nights praying for strength and healing. In July of 2025, while in St. Petersburg, Florida, Millie tragically passed away.

There are no words that fully describe that loss.

And yet, Restoration 8 exists because of what God continued to reveal in the midst of it all..

The Meaning Behind Restoration 8

The Restoration 8 logo is not decorative — it is deeply personal and prayerfully chosen.

The olive branch is a universal symbol of peace, reconciliation, and hope. In Scripture, it represents God’s promise after the storm — a sign that healing and renewal are possible even after devastation.

The circle represents eternity, wholeness, and the divine. With no beginning and no end, it reflects the unchanging nature of God and His presence through every season of life — including suffering, waiting, and rebuilding.

At the center is the number 8, which in biblical numerology symbolizes new beginnings, resurrection, and regeneration. Because it follows the number 7 — the number of completion — eight represents a new order, a fresh start beyond what has already been finished.

The number 8 is woven throughout Millie’s story.

She was born in 2008.
The hospital room she passed away in was 808.
She took her final breath at 10:08.

These moments are not coincidences to me — they are reminders that God was present at the beginning, faithful through the middle, and still sovereign at the end.
